Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Interactive Switch s.a.r.l publishes the games below. Each game has its own privacy policy and terms of use, because each one handles different data.
Wobble Hockey – Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Wobble Hockey (the “Game”) is published by Interactive Switch s.a.r.l (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@interactiveswitch.com.
Part 1 – Privacy Policy
1. The short version
The Game has no accounts and works fully offline, except for the optional World leaderboard and the online head-to-head mode (Android, iOS and Windows). The Windows version has no ads at all. The Android and iOS versions have two kinds of ads: an optional rewarded video that you start yourself to get one extra life, and, in the online mode, a short ad that you can close before an online match, after your first 3 online matches and then after every 5 (never if you own Remove Ads). If you use the World leaderboard, a score and a short display name are sent to a server and shown to other players. If you play online, your display name and your win and loss record are shown to the players you meet. The sections below list everything we and our partners handle.
2. What we collect and why
| Data | When | Purpose | Where it is kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Display name you type on the high-score screen (up to 8 characters) | When you save a score | Show your score on the leaderboards | On your device; also on the World leaderboard if you are online |
| Score, level reached, starting difficulty | When you save a score | Rank players | On your device and on the World leaderboard |
| Device type and control method (for example “PC, keyboard and mouse” or “phone, gyro”), shown as small icons | When you save a score | Show how a score was achieved | On your device and on the World leaderboard |
| Anonymous player ID created by Unity Gaming Services | First time the Game goes online | Let the leaderboard recognise your best score without an account | Unity’s servers |
| Technical data such as IP address, needed to deliver the connection | While online features are used | Operate the connection and protect the service | Processed by Unity as our service provider |
| Online matches: your display name, your anonymous player ID and a room code, sent to the other player's device, and the paddle positions and match events exchanged while you play | While you play an online match | Connect you to the other player and run the match | Unity Lobby and Relay (service provider). Not kept after the match; the other player does not see your IP address |
| Online match result: win or loss, goals, play time, the match ID, and your totals of wins and losses (head-to-head record) | When an online match ends | Keep and show your head-to-head record, and check each result with both players to keep it fair (anti-cheat) | Unity's servers (Cloud Code, Cloud Save and Leaderboards), linked to your anonymous player ID. Your record is shown with your display name on the head-to-head leaderboard |
| Play statistics of a leaderboard run: paddle hits, play time in seconds, whether the run used its extra life | When you save a score | Check that a score is possible, to keep the leaderboard fair (anti-cheat) | Unity’s servers (Cloud Code and a protected record linked to your anonymous player ID) |
| Advertising identifier (Android advertising ID / iOS IDFA), IP address, device and app information, ad interaction data — Android and iOS only, and only when an ad is shown (an optional video you choose to watch, or the short ad before an online match) | When an ad is loaded or shown | Show and measure the ad, pay for it, prevent fraud | Processed by Unity LevelPlay and the ad networks it works with |
| Purchase of “Remove Ads” (a record that you own it; we never see your payment details) | When you buy or restore it | Unlock the feature | Google Play / Apple App Store handle the payment; the game keeps a yes/no flag on your device |
| Settings (controls, theme, sound, haptics, difficulty) | Always | Remember your choices | Only on your device |
We do not collect your real name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or advertising identifiers. Do not type personal information into the display-name field: it is shown publicly.
2b. Ads and purchases (Android and iOS)
- Two kinds of ads, never during a match. A rewarded video is always one you start yourself: it is offered on game over for an extra life. In the online mode (Android and iOS) a short ad that you can close is shown before an online match, after your first 3 online matches and then after every 5 (if no ad can be loaded, the match simply starts). No ad is shown on its own, none appears while a match is being played, and there are none in the Windows version. We use Unity LevelPlay (a mediation service of Unity Technologies) which asks ad networks to provide the ad.
- Ad partners may use the advertising identifier and similar data to deliver and measure ads. Until we offer a consent choice in the Game, we ask for non-personalised ads only. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, where iOS asks your permission once on first start).
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. After buying it, you get the extra life described in the Terms (section 5) without watching a video, and you are never shown the ad before online matches. Payments are processed by Google or Apple under their own terms and privacy policies.
- The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly show ads to children.
3. Motion sensors
On phones and tablets the Game reads the motion sensor so that tilting the device can tilt the game table. This data is used only while you play, only on the device, and is never stored or sent anywhere. The Game vibrates your device for feedback; this can be turned off in the menu.
4. Who we share data with
Leaderboard data is processed on our behalf by Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services: Authentication, Leaderboards, Cloud Code and Cloud Save). Unity acts as a service provider and may process data in countries outside your own. On Android and iOS, ad data is processed by Unity LevelPlay and its ad network partners, who act as independent controllers for their own advertising purposes; see their privacy policies. Apple and Google process purchases. See Unity’s privacy policy. We do not sell your data. The only data shared for advertising is what the ad partners collect themselves when an ad is shown on Android or iOS (see 2b). Your display name, score, level and icons are visible to every player who opens the World leaderboard. In the online mode, the player you meet sees your display name, and your display name and head-to-head record (wins and losses) are visible to every player who opens the head-to-head leaderboard. There is no chat, voice or text between players.
5. How long we keep it
Leaderboard entries (World and head-to-head) and the related play-statistics and match records are kept until you ask us to delete them or until we retire the leaderboard. Data on your device stays until you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
6. Your rights and choices
- Delete or correct a leaderboard entry: email support@interactiveswitch.com with the display name and approximate score. We will remove it.
- Stay offline: play without an internet connection and nothing is sent.
- No ads: do not tap “Watch ad”, or buy Remove Ads. On Windows there are no ads.
- Ad choices: reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings; on iOS, you can refuse tracking in the system prompt or later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK, Lebanon or California) you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to us to use them.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a leaderboard (and, for the leaderboard features you choose to use, on providing the service you asked for).
7. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, does not ask for personal details and does not knowingly show ads to children. If you believe a child has put personal information in a display name, write to us and we will remove it.
8. Security
Connections to the leaderboard use encryption (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your display name free of personal information.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
Part 2 – Terms of Use
1. Licence
When you buy or download the Game, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on your own devices for non-commercial use, subject to the rules of the store you got it from. The Game remains our property (and that of our licensors).
2. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, modified clients, bots or automation to post leaderboard scores or online match results;
- use the display name to post offensive, hateful, unlawful or personal information, or to impersonate others.
3. Leaderboard moderation
We may filter, change or remove display names and scores that break these terms or look fraudulent, and may block a device from the World leaderboard, without notice.
3b. Online play
An online match needs an internet connection and another player. Leaving a match (or closing the Game during one) gives the win to your opponent. A result counts for your head-to-head record only when both players' reports agree, and we may remove records that look fraudulent. Online matches are available on the platforms and versions where we offer them, and may be paused or stopped at any time.
4. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop the online leaderboard and the online mode at any time. The offline game does not depend on it.
5. Mobile versions (Android and iOS): lives, extra life, ads and Remove Ads
- Lives. The Windows version starts every game with 5 lives. The Android and iOS versions start with 4 lives and give one extra life per game when you run out, so a game has 5 lives on every platform and the World leaderboard stays level. (One game = one run from the first serve to the final game over; 2-player games have no extra life.)
- How you get the extra life. By choosing to watch a rewarded video, or directly if you own Remove Ads. If no video can be loaded at that moment (for example no ad is available in your region or you are offline), the extra life is not offered and the game simply ends.
- Remove Ads. A one-time purchase through Google Play or the App Store. It means you never have to watch a video: the extra life comes straight away. It is tied to your store account, can be restored on the same account (use “Restore purchases” on iOS), and follows the refund rules of the store you bought it from. It has no effect on the Windows version, which has no ads.
- Leaderboard. The score you reach counts on the World leaderboard whether or not you used the extra life. The way a score was earned (platform and controls) is shown next to it as small icons.
- We may change the number of lives, the extra life, the ads or Remove Ads in a future version to keep the Game fair. A purchase you have already made keeps its benefit for as long as the Game is offered.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the price you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country / jurisdiction of Interactive Switch s.a.r.l – to be completed], without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.

Pitcher Perfect – Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Pitcher Perfect (the “App”) is published by Interactive Switch s.a.r.l (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@interactiveswitch.com.
Part 1 – Privacy Policy
1. The short version
The App has no advertising, no advertising identifiers, no accounts with an email address and no tracking across apps or websites. It works offline. Your barista profiles, scores and settings stay on your phone. If you choose to turn on the optional Worldwide leaderboards, your barista name, avatar and best scores are sent to an online leaderboard service and shown to other players. That is the only personal data we handle, and it is off until you turn it on. Two small things also use the internet without any personal data: the App downloads the current list of sponsors from our server, and it counts taps on sponsor links anonymously (you can switch the counting off).
2. What we collect and why
| Data | When | Purpose | Where it is kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Barista name (2 to 16 characters) and avatar you pick | When you create a barista | Show who is pouring; rank on the boards | On your phone. Also on the Worldwide leaderboards, only if you turn them on |
| Scores, lesson progress, skill levels, practice streak and “Fix this shot” stars | While you play | Show your progress and rank on the “On this phone” boards | On your phone. Best scores and stars are also sent to the Worldwide leaderboards, only if you turn them on |
| Anonymous player ID created by Unity Gaming Services (one for each barista on the phone) | The first time a barista uses the Worldwide leaderboards | Recognise your best score without an account | Unity’s servers |
| Technical data such as IP address, needed to deliver the connection | While the Worldwide leaderboards are used | Operate the connection and protect the service | Processed by Unity as our service provider |
| The current list of sponsors, downloaded from our server when the App starts. Your phone sends an ordinary web request (so our web server sees the IP address and the type of request, like any website) | Each time the App starts, when there is a connection | Show the right sponsor, gear and links for your area, without an app update | The request is handled in our server’s normal access logs, which we do not use to identify you. The downloaded list is kept on your phone |
| Anonymous counts of taps on sponsor links: which link, on which screen, the App version, the language, the kind of phone (Android or iPhone, phone or tablet) and your area (the country from your phone’s region setting, or the city you picked under “Your area”). No name, no device number, no advertising ID. We do not store your IP address with the count | When you tap a sponsor link, unless you switch “Count my taps” off on the Credits screen | Show sponsors which links are useful, and improve the App | Our server, as totals only |
| Your area choice (a city or region from a list) | If you pick one under “Your area” in the Espresso Lab | Show the sponsor of your area | Only on your phone. It is sent only as the region part of the anonymous tap counts above |
| Your coffee journal: the bags and brews you log (names, dates, amounts, prices, ratings and notes), and the brew timer settings | If you use the journal | Let you keep track of your coffee | Only on your phone. It is never sent to us. It leaves your phone only if you choose to export it and share the file |
| Settings (controls, sound, haptics, guides, your choices in the Espresso Lab) | Always | Remember your choices | Only on your phone |
| Test report file: phone model, system version, motion readings from your pours, settings and scores | Only if you open Developer tools and tap “Save and share report file” | Help us fix problems | Created on your phone. It goes only where you choose to send it |
We do not collect your real name, email address, precise location (the App never asks for location permission), contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or advertising identifiers. Do not use personal information as a barista name: on the Worldwide leaderboards it is shown publicly.
3. Motion sensors and other phone features
The App reads your phone’s motion sensors (tilt, rotation and acceleration) so that you can pour by moving the phone. If your phone has a humidity sensor, the Espresso Lab can read it to suggest a humidity value. These readings are used only while you play, only on the phone, and are not stored or sent anywhere (except in the test report file, if you choose to create and send one). The App vibrates your phone for feedback and plays sounds; both can be turned off in Settings.
4. Who we share data with
Worldwide leaderboards. If you turn them on, your barista name, avatar and best scores are processed on our behalf by Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services: Authentication and Leaderboards). Unity acts as a service provider and may process data in countries outside your own. See Unity’s privacy policy. Your barista name, avatar and scores are visible to every player who opens the Worldwide leaderboards. You can turn this off again in the Leaderboards screen, which stops further sending.
Sponsor links. Some items in the App (for example machines, grinders and coffees in the Espresso Lab) are marked “Sponsor”. They open the sponsor’s website in your browser. The link carries a short source tag so the sponsor can see that a visit came from the App: the name of the App, the screen the link was on and the kind of phone (for example “android-phone”). No personal data from the App is added to the link. Once the sponsor’s site opens, its own privacy policy applies. The App does not track what you buy. Sponsors can see anonymous totals of taps on their links (see section 2); they cannot see who tapped.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Leaderboard entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or until we retire the leaderboard. Data on your phone stays until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
6. Your rights and choices
- Stay private: the Worldwide leaderboards are off by default. With them off, and “Count my taps” on the Credits screen switched off, the only thing the App contacts us for is the list of sponsors, which contains nothing about you.
- Switch off tap counting: Credits screen, “Count my taps”.
- Delete or correct a leaderboard entry: email support@interactiveswitch.com with your barista name and approximate score. We will remove it.
- Depending on where you live (for example Quebec and the rest of Canada, the EU/EEA, the UK, Lebanon or California) you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to us to use them.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for the Worldwide leaderboards (you turn them on yourself) and on our legitimate interest in running them.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children and does not ask for personal details. Please do not use the Worldwide leaderboards if you are under 13 without a parent’s permission. If you believe a child has put personal information in a barista name, write to us and we will remove it.
8. Security
Connections to the leaderboard service use encryption (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your barista name free of personal information.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
Part 2 – Terms of Use
1. Licence
When you download the App, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on your own devices for non-commercial use, subject to the rules of the store you got it from. The App remains our property (and that of our licensors).
2. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the App, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, modified versions, bots or automation to post leaderboard scores;
- use a barista name that is offensive, hateful, unlawful or that contains personal information, or that impersonates others. We may remove entries that break this rule.
3. Learning, not professional advice
The Academy, the pour guides, the recipes, the shot troubleshooter and the dial-in simulator are for learning and entertainment. The simulator is a simplified model, not a measurement of real machines, grinders or coffees: models of named products are our estimates. Real espresso machines and steam wands are hot and under pressure. Follow your machine’s manual and take care.
4. Sponsors and links
Items marked “Sponsor” are paid placements or may earn us a commission. Sponsors do not change how the simulator works: every machine, grinder and coffee is modeled by the same rules. We are not responsible for the content, prices or products of other websites.
5. Availability
We may update, change or stop the App or the Worldwide leaderboards at any time. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the price you paid for it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.

Soap Bubbles: Journey to the Top – Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Soap Bubbles: Journey to the Top (the “Game”) is published by Interactive Switch s.a.r.l (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@interactiveswitch.com.
Part 1 – Privacy Policy
1. The short version
The Game has no accounts with an email address. Your progress, settings and music choice stay on your phone. To run the leaderboards, the Game creates an anonymous player ID and sends your score and a display name. The free version shows video ads, and the ad partners collect their own data (see 4). We do not sell your data.
2. What we collect and why
| Data | When | Purpose | Where it is kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anonymous player ID created by Unity Gaming Services | When the Game goes online | Recognise your best score without an account | Unity’s servers |
| Display name (generated by Unity; you can rename it) and scores per world | When you finish a level | Show the leaderboards | Unity’s servers; visible to every player who opens the leaderboards |
| Technical data such as IP address | While the Game is online | Operate the connection and protect the service | Processed by Unity as our service provider |
| Advertising data: advertising ID, device and ad-interaction data | When an ad is shown (free version) | Show, measure and limit ads | Collected by the ad partners listed in 4 |
| Premium purchase | If you buy it | Remove ads and unlock every world | Handled by Google Play; the Game only learns that the purchase exists |
| Progress, stars, settings, sound and music on/off | Always | Remember your choices | Only on your phone |
We do not collect your real name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. Do not use personal information as a display name: it is shown publicly.
3. Touch and vibration
The Game uses the touchscreen to blow and steer bubbles. The music and sounds can be turned off in Settings.
4. Who we share data with
Leaderboard data is processed on our behalf by Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services: Authentication and Leaderboards). Unity acts as a service provider and may process data in countries outside your own. See Unity’s privacy policy.
The free version shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and its ad partners, including Unity Ads and Google AdMob. These partners act as independent controllers for their own advertising purposes and may use your advertising ID. See their privacy policies. Buying Premium removes the ads. Payments are processed by Google under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your data. Your display name and score are visible to every player who opens the leaderboards. There is no chat between players.
5. How long we keep it
Leaderboard entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or until we retire the leaderboard. Data on your phone stays until you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
6. Your rights and choices
- Delete or correct a leaderboard entry: email support@interactiveswitch.com with the display name and approximate score. We will remove it.
- No ads: buy Premium.
- Ad choices: reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, the UK, Lebanon or California) you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to us to use them.
7. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, does not ask for personal details and does not knowingly show ads to children. If you believe a child has put personal information in a display name, write to us and we will remove it.
8. Security
Connections to the leaderboard service use encryption (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your display name free of personal information.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
Part 2 – Terms of Use
1. Licence

2. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, modified versions, bots or automation to post leaderboard scores;
- use a display name that is offensive, hateful, unlawful or contains personal information, or that impersonates others. We may change or remove such names and scores, and block a device from the leaderboards, without notice.
3. Ads and Premium
The free version shows an occasional video ad between levels. Premium is a one-time purchase through Google Play that removes the ads and unlocks every current and future world. It is tied to your Google account, can be restored with “Restore purchases” in the Game, and follows Google Play’s refund rules.
4. Availability
We may update, change or stop the Game or the leaderboards at any time. The levels do not need the leaderboards to be played. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the price you paid for it.
